Made in America Panel Warns that Allowing Syrian Refugees into America Poses a Serious Safety Threat

Host Neal Asbury opened his nationally syndicated “Neal Asbury’s Made in America” show on Radio America (aired by some 70 affiliates) with the news that United HealthCare Group, the nation’s largest healthcare carrier, has threatened to drop out of Obamacare because it is unprofitable.

“On top of that sobering news, unemployment in the U.S. has contributed to the worldwide global unemployment rate, which is at 32 percent.  But instead of tackling this vital issue, Obama is in Asia talking about climate change – a topic that Asians have way down on their list of priorities,” noted Neal.

The first guest on Made in America was Pennsylvania Congressman Mike Kelly, who is adamantly opposed to allowing some 10,000 Syrian refugees into the U.S. that will not be properly vetted.

“Anybody can say they are refugees, even if they are ISIS or from other groups. It takes 18-24 months to vet a refugee, so how can we vet someone after just 6 weeks? Even the FBI admits that it doesn’t have the capacity to vet such a large group of refugees in such a short time.  This makes it even more important for people to be vigilant. Be aware of what’s around you. If something doesn’t look right, tell someone.  Let’s not confuse humanity with being wary of evil people,” suggested Congressman Kelly, who maintained that he doesn’t what these refugees in his state or in the country at all.

Congressman Kelly thinks that when Obama denies the risk, he emboldens bad people.  It is his opinion that Obama is more determined to promote his legacy even if it overshadows the safety of the American people.

Co-host Dr. Rich Roffman noted that Syrians are being detained all over the world, suggesting that there are security breaches everywhere.

“Obama is our Commander in Chief, but he’s not acting like that.  It’s time for people to wake up and smell what’s going on in the world. If your representative isn’t doing their job, let them know.  Get their commitment to stop these refugees,” concluded Congressman Kelly.

The conversation segued to the fact that there are 102 million Americans not in the workforce – the lowest work force participation rate since 1977.

“’What’s worse is that 30 percent of young people are unemployed because they lack the skills for good paying jobs.  Imagine what could happen if we put these kids to work,” maintained Neal.

“Everything this administration is doing just isn’t working. They will never create jobs with their current policies.  They pushed 50,000 coal workers out of work due to their “War on Coal.” They destroyed the middle class and even the 40-hour work week,” suggested Dr. Roffman.

Dr. Roffman noted that Obamacare is the root of many of the unemployment problems. And now it is estimated that many insurance rates will rise by 134 percent in 2016.  “Meanwhile Hillary is blaming insurance and pharmaceutical companies for the health insurance mess, ignoring the fact that these same industries gave her the donation money to launch her campaign—and fund her foundation,” proposed Dr. Roffman.

The next Made in America guest was William Yeatman, senior fellow specializing in environmental policy and energy markets for the Competitive Enterprise Institute.

Yeatman is pleasantly surprised that a District Court has agreed to hear a law suit against the EPA that calls on current EPA administrator Gina McCarthy to testify over her handling of the jobs lost due to her policies.

“The EPA is called upon to monitor whether their policies have resulted in job losses. This hasn’t happened and now Murray Energy is suing the EPA over the thousands of coal mine-related jobs lost attributed to the EPA’s anti-coal policies. They have failed their statutory duties and now McCarthy must answer questions over their handling of the policies and the resulting job losses,” noted Yeatman.

Dr. Roffman hopes that McCarthy will give better answers than those she gave during some earlier congressional hearings during which she couldn’t answer basic questions about climate control.

The last guest on Made in America was return guest, author and filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza, whose latest book “Stealing America” suggests that Hillary, Obama, and the entire Democratic Party are no better than a gang of thieves.

D’Souza recounted that in the fall of 2014, he found himself hauled into federal court for improperly donating money to an old friend’s Senate campaign. D’Souza pleaded guilty and was sentenced to eight months in a state-run confinement center. There he lived among hardened criminals—drug dealers, thieves, gangbangers, rapists, and murderers. Now the bestselling author explains how this experience not only changed his life, but fundamentally transformed his view of his adopted country.

“It stems from the fact that Obama is a thin-skinned narcissist who can’t stand anybody going against his wishes.  In fact, Obamacare is a complete con.  He promised the American people that with their support he would hold insurance companies accountable for higher insurance costs. Instead, he conspired with insurance companies that if they supported Obamacare they would reap billions of dollars from new policy holders,” related D’Souza.

Neal and Dr. Roffman segued to a discussion on how Hillary is trying to get support in coal country by promising $30 billion in aid.

“Coal miners don’t want to be on the dole. They want to work. But the Democrats have shut down coal mines costing some 50,000 good paying jobs,” noted Neal.

“The most intriguing story this week is that Hillary Clinton supposedly tried to enlist in the Marines. Can you imagine sharing a trench with Hillary Clinton?” asked Dr. Roffman.

Dr. Roffman, alluding back to thin skin, revealed that Hillary Clinton’s people are going after five comedians who are making jokes about her.
